Post Partum Depression

I really hate what I felt in a few days after having my child birth. I didn't know what really happen to me. Easily cried with no reason, feel useless & worthless, exhausted, guilty feelings, insomnia.

I need to know what happened to me?

After long cried in front of my husband just to let out all the burden on my chest, he suggested to search on the internet.

Gothca! Immediately we found match symptoms at 'Post Partum Depression or The Baby Blues Syndrome"
The Baby Blues Syndrome or Post Partum Depression (PPD) is a form of clinical depression (cause by hormonal changes) which can affect women after childbirth. Symptoms typically last from a few hours to several days and include tearfulnees, irritability, sleeplessness, hypochondrias, impairment of concentration, stress, isolation and headache.

I've heard about this symptoms before, when I saw on TV Brooke Shield interviewed by Oprah when she had the Baby Blues syndrome and after she through all those difficult times she wrote 'Down came the rain', a book to share her experiences fought Post Partum Depression.

Now, as I already know what happened to me, we (me & my husband) tried to find way to cure this PPD.

Wish me luck everyone to fight this PPD!
